Forklift common system failures and approaches

Drive system common faults and approach:

Lifting system common faults and approach:First, the time is not synchronized gantry tilt, analyze the reasons for the failure is due to inconsistent or two tilt cylinder stroke cylinder bore size of the pipe joints closure due to the inconsistent, way to deal with the adjustable tilt cylinder 2 stroke and replace
with the same closure hole connector.
Second, the load can not lift the door frame, this is because the multi-way valve overflow
hole plug, multi-way valve by removing the overflow hole debris on it.
Third, the electric forklift trucks mast fell too fast, this is because the inlet valve speed does not work, the only limiting valve repair it.
Fourth, the fork mast down automatically, this is because of lack of hydraulic oil cylinder caused by the maintenance approach to multi-valve, add hydraulic oil.
